Rental period

The minimum rental period is 1 week (from Saturday/Saturday)

Payment
A pre-payment of 50,00 € shall be done within 10 days following the dispatch of the rental agreement. Half of the rent to be paid 3 months before the rental period and the remainder, plus 150 € deposit, 3 weeks prior the start of the rental period. The payment method is described on the back of the rental contract.

Cancellation
The landlord has the right to claim the entire rent when the contract is cancelled.

Deposit
The deposit of 150 € will be settled after the rental period after returning the keys of the rental house. Cleaning fee and eventual costs will be deducted.

Arrival/Departure
The arrival/departur day is Saturday. Unless otherwise agreed, the arrival should be after 1p.m. and the property must be vacated before 10am on departure.

Additional costs
The cost for cleaning is 55 € and will be deducted from the deposit. You can use wireless internet and landline telephone for 10 €/week. (only to call fixed numbers to the UK/France/) Do not dial mobile phone numbers.

Use of the property
Unless otherwise agreed, only the number of people stipulated in the contract are allowed. The children count as a full person.
Guest visit should always be arranged after consultation of the landlord.
Please, bring your own bed linen and towels with you.If you want to use our bed linen, please notify in advance. Leave the bed linen washed and dried behind.
If defects occur, malfunction of the electrical appliances, please report it in 24h to the landlord. Damage and/or breackage will be settled with the deposit.
Final cleaning will be done, but may we ask to leave the house neat? (particularly, fridge and BBQ)!

Pets:
Are only alllowed after consulting of the landlord.

Use of the swimming pool
Use of the (private) swimming poolis possible throughout the year except for the month November, December, January, February, March…

General
The owner is entitled to check the house during the rental period and enter in the event of malfunctions. He can adopt measures according his findings. If the landlord cannot put the property at disposal as agreed, he is obliged to inform you immediately and refund the paid rent.

Liability
We do not accept any liability for damage or injury, resulting from the stay on the premises or by the use of the on-site facilities.:
Oral or by Telephone provided information.
Failure and/or outside use of facilities.
